Privacy Policy
This document explains who is the controller of your personal data in connection with your use of the ecotecpolska.com website and your contact with ECO TEC, for what purposes and on what legal basis we process your data, and what rights you have.

01Binding language version
This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the Polish-language version of this Privacy Policy is the legally binding version.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — all requests are handled by the e-mail address indicated above.
03What data we collect
- Contact form data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and information about the project (type of investment, location, capacity, stage of preparation, message content).
- Correspondence data: the content of e-mails and arrangements made after your enquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit, referring page address — recorded in server logs and by analytics tools.
- Cookies and identifiers: details are described in the Cookie Policy.
04Purposes and legal bases for processing
- Responding to enquiries, preparing a preliminary analysis and a possible offer — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR(pre-contractual steps) and point (f) (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
- Concluding and performing engineering services agreements and contacting persons indicated by the counterparty — Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Statistics, analytics and marketing (analytical and marketing cookies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given in the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time).
- Website security, incident handling, and the establishment and defence of legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
05Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted only to entities that support us in carrying out our business and process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- providers of website hosting and application backend infrastructure,
- e-mail providers and the service used to send messages from the contact form,
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — analytics and advertising tools (only with your consent),
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — pixel and advertising tools (only with your consent),
- companies cooperating within the Nexora Technology / Atlas Bioenergy ecosystem — only to the extent necessary to prepare and deliver a specific project,
- accounting office, legal advisors and authorised public authorities to the extent required by law.
We do not sell personal data or make it available for open trading.
06Transfers of data outside the EEA
Using Google and Meta tools may involve the transfer of data to the United States. This takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses together with additional safeguards applied by those providers. If you do not consent to analytical and marketing cookies, no such transfer takes place.
07Retention period
- Contact form submissions and business correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact, and if an agreement is concluded, until the expiry of the applicable limitation periods for claims.
- Accounting records — 5 years, counted from the end of the tax year.
- Server logs — up to 12 months.
- Cookie data — in accordance with the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy; a record of your consent decision is kept for up to 12 months.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- erase your data (the "right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- data portability where processing is based on consent or on a contract,
- withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We handle requests without undue delay, and in any case within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
09Voluntariness and automated processing
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary in order for us to respond to your enquiry or prepare a site analysis. Without an e-mail address or phone number we are unable to provide a response.
We do not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects. Preliminary qualification of enquiries is reviewed by the ECO TEC team.
10Security and changes to this policy
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access to mailboxes and systems limited to authorised persons, and data processing agreements with service providers.
We may update this policy when the law changes or when the scope of tools we use changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. You can change your cookie settings at any time: .
